- Inquiry & consulting: target product, markets, branding, quantity.
- Offer & feasibility: Components & prices are bundled.
- Approval & procurement: bottles/tubes, raw materials, print data; start of documentation.
- Production & filling: Bulk production, laboratory approvals, filling (tubes/bottles), finishing.
- Delivery: final inspection, quarantine release, Europe-wide shipping – ready for sale on request.
Note: New cosmetic formulations require safety evaluation & stability/preservation testing (realistically 4-5 months to market). Existing Lubry formulations significantly reduce time & costs.
